Aspiring Software Engineer and CS student
I am a student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), enrolled in the Bachelor of Computing in Computer Science (Honours) programme, specialising in the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence tracks. I have interned at Autodesk, where I created pipelines to support addition of API products and whitelisting of clients to Autodesk Forge's API Management platform and created new query support via Slack for proxy lookups to ApigeeX. In my previous intership at Acumino, I developed a proof of concept prototype of a digital human HR interviewer.
My most notable software side projects include an Android app made to enhance visual education in 3D chemistry using Augmented Reality, a website that predicts urban flooding in Fanno Creek with 98% accuracy, an expense tracker to help business-owners and a full-stack website for users to help request and fulfill favours for one another. I've also done research in using Augmented Reality to improve e-commerce and promote social engagement (awarded the Nanyang Research Programme Gold Award) and in Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming via Simulated Annealing.
I am mostly proficient in Java, Python and JavaScript (Node.js). I've dipped my toes into learning C# with Unity 3D and some DevOps in AWS Lambda using Serverless framework, Docker + Kubernetes and Git. Other skills include database frameworks, including non-relational (MongoDB and Firebase), and relational (SQL in PostgreSQL)
